Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

Products purchased through LumiMint are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise expressly stated.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Applicable taxes and other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information and to pay all charges associated with your order.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the personal-use and hygiene-sensitive nature of our oral-care products, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order information and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution when applicable.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
LumiMint is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and LumiMint.
Shopify is not the seller of products offered by LumiMint and is not responsible for fulfillment of your LumiMint order.
10. PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process certain personal information in connection with your use of the Services. Shopify’s handling of such information is governed by its applicable privacy policies.
11. CUSTOMER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK
